Requirements for the extension or renewal of a passport

An expired passport may be renewed for a maximum period of 5 years, as long as it is computer -issued and in good condition.

1) Application form;

2) One (1) recently-taken, 20mm x 30mm, black and white or colour photograph;

3) The expired Greek passport;

4) Proof of Temporary or Permanent Residence in Canada, if the expired Greek passport has not been issued by Greek Consular Authorities in Canada, as listed above [paragraph II, requirement f)]
